“Forget the former things; do not dwell on the past. See, I am doing a new thing! Now it springs up; do you not perceive it? I am making a new way in the desert and streams in the wasteland” Isaiah 43: 18, 19
It’s hard to forget the things of the past, but forget we must, if we are to receive what God has for us today and in the future. With the rage of this pandemic happening it’s hard to believe that there is a positive future in our midst, but in Christ we have a future indeed. However, there are many that cannot see nor can they perceive the things of God, because they’re still dwelling, remaining, meditating and obsessing about what God is trying to ‘put to rest’. I am the first one to understand how difficult it is to LET GO, but sometimes we must, even if w’re kicking and screaming as we walk it out–in faith.
My friends, I would like to encourage you to let go and allow Him access to your mind and heart in order to change the way you think so it can impact what you do? I hope so, because He is making a new way in this New Year, so you can have a new reason, a sweet joy, a fresh anointing and a robust praise.
