Does anyone remember the awesome movie “The Color Purple” I sure hope so because today, I feel’s like singing!!!! The sun is shining, the flowers are blooming, my heart is in awe and my mouth is full of praise. I am just loving where I am at in my life right now. I have waited so long for a season of goodness and it is finally here. I have to say to all who have ears to hear this, if you ever get to where you have longed for in life, if you get the girl or guy, the car, the home, the perfect job, the awesome neighborhood, and the promising career, but you realize while you sit in your mansion that you’ve arrived without the Triune God than you have made a blundering mistake!

My advice is to GO BACK retrace your footsteps and do things a bit differently so that you can not only enjoy the journey on the way up, but you will know that God also promises peace that surpasses understanding and a new life that will have you  truly content when you finally arrive at your destination.  Oh yes, I just love the color purple for it is what dreams are made of. If you have not given God a try he is the right shade , the right color, and if you stick it out he is truly what all dreams are made of.
