“Take my yoke upon you, and learn of me for I am meek and lowly in heart: And ye shall find rest unto your souls. For my yoke is easy, and my burden is light.” Matthew 11:29-30

Whatever you are doing today just relax and take it easy. Learn to just give all your worries, fears, and expectations to the Lord for only he knows the way to carry them. This beautiful scripture reminds us to learn from him ,for it is only with him, that we will find rest unto our souls. This statement alone should allow you to exhale,laugh and also should give you permission to let your hair down because, with Him carrying your burdens all you need to do is trust him when He says that he knows what is best.
