This months featured ministry is Touch of God Radio – Marc & Catrice Whelan , based out of Florida, have centered their ministry around walking out God’s Great Commission , and we are proud to feature them on our Writer’s Corner for the month of December.

Touch of God Radio Ministries is not just a title or words, but it’s a ministry that is about lifting those up with prayer and laying hands on the sick . Through seeking God’s face this couple has birthed out of their belly these  ministries, in Jesus’ name, for the harvest is plentiful, but the workers are few. We believe there is no message without a mess, and we find that most walk out their Salvation with fear and trembling.

For those who were able, we had Thanksgiving, and enjoyed the bountiful harvest that came forth from our offerings this year therefore, It causes me to stay in the posture of thankfulness for the blessings from the Father. The sweet doesn’t taste as sweet unless you have tasted the bitter. Those who have experienced the nothing hunger until they shake, shoes that are worn down to the soles and still not enough clothing to block the chilly nights lying on the ground so, you learn to accept that having something has more flavor than having nothing.  No friends or family to call upon, just free falling as Tom Petty’s song reminds us, and for the homeless free falling into nothingness.

But Touch of God Radio Ministries likes to remind those that have lost their way that we can be Gods appendage the one who comes to offer you food, wrapped in hope, and baptized in the name of Jesus Christ. Hope to believe or continue to believe that angels really do exist. Therefore the position we take here at Touch of God Radio Ministries is nestled in Hebrews 13:1-2, “Let brotherly love continue. 2. be not forgetful to entertain strangers: for thereby some have entertained angels unaware.”

Many people miss out on God’s glory because pride keeps you silent and separated from blessings. Remember God has help for us. He wants us to love and be loved by our neighbors as we love ourselves.  Through loving on your neighbor goodness can soften a hardened heart. (Romans 2:4), “Or do you think lightly of the riches of his kindness and tolerance and patience, not knowing that the kindness of God leads you to repentance.” When we reach out to the less fortunate God can use it as an opportunity to bless them and you.  Helping someone can be in the form of anything. It can be a kind word, a smile, a hug, buying them food, or giving them a ride….etc.  Of course if you can let God use you to multiply bread or fish even better. Anything and everything helps.

Here at Touch of God Radio Ministries, we let God use us to reach the unreachable, touch the untouchable, empower the powerless through Christ, and walk out the great commission.

Showing believers how to use the authority as joint heirs with Christ to walk in dominion and to establish God’s will on earth as it is in heaven.

So, we have observed a strong need to minister through open lines on the radio with prayers that avail much, convenient back packs for the homeless, training to go out on the streets to minister healing and Salvation as well as deliverance.

We believe God is our friend. A life in Christ is necessary, while walking out our faith and renewing our mind. Believing in our hearts and confessing with our mouth that Jesus Christ is Lord for everyday in all situations. Touch of God Radio Ministries believes in a life more abundant with emphasis on Christ.
