The Women God Used by Deborah Lassiter Released TODAY-Let’s Celebrate …

I am so grateful that the Holy Spirit laid this book on my heart. I had the the subject and the idea taped to the back of my cell phone ( on  a pink post-it) for over a year. I love the way the Lord works and when He places something in your spirit, it simply doesn’t let you go. I pray this book blesses you like it has blessed me. I am thankful to Vanessa Grossett, Jannette Fuller, Parker J. Cole, and Bisila Bokoko for such a beautiful foreword. Girls, thank you for helping this book become a reality. It has all been such a humbling experience. So glad it is out for all of you to read and learn about these women as I continue to learn about them

There is a misconception that the Word of God is only full of perfect and unblemished individuals nestled and folded throughout its pages. However, the beauty of the Bible displays historical places, within extraordinary biblical circumstances, involving ordinary biblical people along with their many biblical problems.

If you didn’t know it God can use anyone. That includes,at times the complicated and yet called, women. Are you one who seems to be drenched in failure never knowing where to turn? Perhaps, in the past, you hadn’t any problem with following those that you trusted and loved, only to have discovered their foundation (which you’ve been following) was based on faulty ideologies, negative traditions, and decades of poor influence.

Perhaps, being a great leader is only indicative of being a great follower, but who are you following and what are you being influenced by? After the fall of man, humanity needed the love and counsel of the Godhead even more so, but in a world corroded with sin and polytheism who could be found listening for the still small voice.

The Women God Used is about how we all have sinned and fallen short of the glory of  the Lord, but this book is a celebration of the union between God and man, and what humanity can achieve through an obedient heart toward Him. This book is about stumbling and falling, but it is also about getting back up when choosing to align our will with His will –the One who always hopes, always trusts and always perseveres on our behalf.  This book is for the believers, seekers, non-believers, agnostic, or atheist, but its journey is primarily focused on The Women God Used.
