The Godhead really knows how to relay a message to his creation for, in my eyes, he is the Master of picture words. At times of uncertainty it feels like he is painting broad strokes when what we desire are more detailed strokes so that, we have an idea of what is happening to us. Frankly ,it is hard to believe, when God starts to draw our picture, and make decisions for our lives we fear that it will end up not looking like much so we cringe because, we don’t know what he will do with and for us.But, those that struggle to believe, it is difficult in the end to trust that it will all turn out for our good and for his glory. I laugh at the very question, and at the very doubt in our minds for ...He is God ,and who better to trust our paintings with…

Nonetheless  we secretly, wait,  hope ,and pray that what He is working on will be something we like upon its completion so we watch, and analyze the colors that God uses, and the paint brushes that he chooses while we question his manner of approach, and scream out in haste as we attempt to steer him or coerce him to paint the things that we desire; rather than leave it in the Master’s hands. Oh ye of little faith for we must believe that we are in good hands while in the creator’s care for if we stop crying long enough we can see just how capable He really is.

What beautiful hands he has for , if we let him, God has the ability to touch , smooth out, and mold to perfection every part of us if we would only let the potter simply mold the clay.

“Forget the former things; do not dwell on the past. See, I am doing a new thing! Now it springs up; do you not perceive it? I am making a new way in the desert and streams in the wasteland.” Isaiah 43: 18 & 19

Do you not see it? God is making a new way for you and that might mean introducing some new colors onto your canvas. Won’t you let him? Won’t you let God paint and give you all the things that he sees for your life without resisting? I know you won’t regret it. Be encouraged to let go and let God!
